• Oleg Zinkovetsky

    Oleg Zinkovetsky is the co-founder and Executive Director of Dependable Community Social Services ("DCS"). Oleg has extensive management experience having worked for various community programs and organizations for over 25 years. Prior to joining DCS, he served as a Managing Director of Second Home Social Adult Day Care Centers. When the Social Adult Day Care Centers were closed due to COVID-19, Oleg organized food and PPE deliveries to the elderly. His organization provided support to hundreds of elderly members of the community whose access to various community services was prevented due to COVID.

    Oleg is a member The National Adult Day Services Association (NADSA) since 2012. He is graduate of Lviv University of Trade and Economics.

  • Ingrid Martinez

    Vice President

    Ingrid Martinez is the Vice President of Dependable Community Social Services ("DCS"). She attended Brooklyn College in Brooklyn, NY, achieving a Bachelor’s degree in Administration in 2001. Ingrid, a proud leukemia survivor, has an honorable reputation within the community and her church. She has always had a passion to serve her community and proudly enlisted as an Auxiliary Police Officer for the NYPD from 1995-2001. Ingrid consistently reaches and exceeds benchmarks for effectiveness and productivity. She effectively manages time and prioritizes tasks whilst exhibiting high precision and attention to detail in work. Ingrid is proactive in foreseeing the executive's demands and exercising initiative. She has worked with President and co-founder Oleg Zinkovetsky since 2006, upholding a reputable and immaculate professional relationship for 17 + years.

  • Dr. Alexander Liberman, DC

    Chief Operating Officer & Board Member

    Alexander was born in the present-day, Lviv, Ukraine in 1972, immigrating to the United States in 1980. He pursued mathematical studies at New York University (NYU), later becoming a Doctor of Chiropractic (DC) in 1998 upon completing the Doctor of Chiropractic degree program of Parker University. Alexander managed a private practice from 1999-2004 and later became a partner & program manager of an adult medical daycare from 2004-2013, subsequently returning to the private practice arena where he has remained ever since.

    Alexander was a multi-time national powerlifting & collegiate national weightlifting champion.

  • Daniel Khasin

    Director of Community Relations & Board Member

    Daniel is the co-founder and Director of Community Relations. Born and raised in Brooklyn, New York, he comes from humble beginnings - the son to first-generation American parents with Jewish roots originally from Belarus, who fled the oppression of the Soviet Union and settled in the United States courtesy of the New York Association for New Americans (NYANA), a refugee assistance program based in New York City.

    Daniel has always had a knack for building relationships.

    With well over a decade of technical sales and business development experience in the telecommunications and real estate industries, Daniel’s forte has always been leveraging technology to amply the customer experience and expand business opportunities.
